Larry Nicola is a restaurateur, chef and international food and design consultant. In 1976 he created Nicola 's Produce Company, a fine food purveyor, and traveled the world experiencing the distinctive culinary tastes of 35 countries. These experiences eventually inspired the merging of tastes with exceptionally prepared American cuisine and Larry opened L.A. Nicola in 1980. Now his restaurants Nic's and The Martini Lounge feature the best of these innovative tastes.
